I dunno man, but do you think something that size and with only three legs can support its own weight on land? If it is real. That would be badass though, if it is real I mean.

The news was talking about that pic yesterday. they said it's real. Apparently some kind of tourist attraction. 17' long croc.

Ima have to say shopped. The skin has no water on it or shininess to.it, and the crocodile totally missed the meat hanging from the stick.

That's what I was just looking at too.

I remember seeing either a croc or a gator that was about that size when I was at Reptile Gardens many years ago (early 90's), but I can't seem to find any info about it on their website.

I don't doubt that one could grow to that size, I don't doubt that one could lose a leg, but that photo doesn't look legit.

Theyre not calm, theyre all looking and reacting to it. People from other countries dont react to stuff like that the same way as americans (scared, shocked, pussified) because they are exposed to much more and dont fear the same things we do.

That in itself seems like a made-up story...
aren't crocs & gators fresh water animals?
aren't Great Whites salt water animals?

I'm about as far from the coast in every direction as a person could be, so I'm no expert, but that just sounds like a hoax.

no, crocs are more brackish/salt water animals. So getting in a fight with a bull shark would make more sense as they like to swim up rivers

Salterwater crocodiles definitely exist. Compared to freshwater ones they're massive and very aggressive.

Can't put my finger on it, but something definitely doesn't look quite right.
I suppose it could be the real deal, but I can't find any other photos of it anywhere.
    The pixels?
