Yes. It's hideous. And slow. Incredibly slow. And everyone thinks your trying to race in it. I tried to speed up in it once to get a look at an Audi R8 that was driving by, he thought I was trying to race and took off

The Girlfriend despises Honda too. She's ready to get a tC, she's seen the greatness that is Toyota.

I wanted to paint the lower valance and it came out pretty good so I decided to paint my grill, the surround not the mesh. I couldn't stop so off came the rear bumper and I painted it too. My dog stuck his nose on the bumper while it was drying so I let it dry and I just pealed it off and repainted. Damn I like this stuff.:D I was eyeing my daughters stock wheels on her accord so I went to home depot and bought a couple more can's but when I got back she was gone.

The valence isn't a bad idea, this stuff comes off pretty easy right?

How does it hold up against a chip though?

Yeah it just peals right off. I just did it this weekend so I'll check and see how it holds up to chipping. By the way i just found out you can use it on your tires for more traction. :D

I discovered what plasti dip is about two weeks ago and I have to say I am honestly amazed. After seeing what it looks like on my back bumper I'm going to do it to my entire front grill. Here's what I did to prep it.

This is the most important part. You really want to make sure you get the taping right because you want it to go on clean and not all over the place. Even more important then that is peeling the tape after the plasti dip is all dry. As with all painting projects you want to peel the tape slow especialy with this plasti dip because it will cling to the tape.

Here's the final product :D Enjoy

looks good! for a less stressful peeling process just peel it while its still wet so it wont stick at all:thumbsup:

I was so anxious to peel it but I didn't want to accidently run tape or my arm across the wet paint hahaha. Thanks though ;)

I need to do a few more coats on mine, think it'll be okay just to paint over the dry plasti-dip?
