The list on the first post lists more than three guys? And I got another one who told me he is coming, he is a new member on here, his name is "fadethespy". Oskie_78 also told me he is coming.

    Updated the 1st post.

    Any suggestions? Anybody?

The last time I made a suggestion, nobody liked/agreed with the time (last year). So...suggestions? :D 1 pm? 2 pm? 3 pm? 4 pm?

Well we all seem to be in the area on 1604 between Potranco and Bandera. We can all meet on the intersection of Culebra and 1604, it would seem midway. From there we can either head to 410 until we hit Highway 90, head east on 90 until we hit 37, where we'll go south towards the Valley.

Either that or head south from our get together on 1604 until we hit 90, go east until we hit 37, then head south to the valley.

From hear to Harlingen TX, its 260 miles. From SA to South Padre Island it is roughly 300 miles.

So to the SA guys, I hope none of you are confusing Padre Island in Corpus Christi with South Padre Island down in the Rio Grande Valley. :)

For the SA guys! You all want to take off Friday around noon or evening? Or early Saturday morning? It's a 4 hour trip going the speed limit, most of the way. Some areas you have to go down to 55 mph or 45 mph, but 90 % of the trips speed limit will be 70 mph.

    Oh, and bump!

Just a thought, but have you SA guys thought about stopping in Corpus on your way down and meeting up with the Corpus guys and caravanning down all together? If y'all take 37 to 77 we could all meet in Robstown and then head down.

Doesn't sound like a bad idea at all man. That would be cool though. What does everybody else think?

I'm still unsure ast to when I'll head out though, either Friday afternoon, or Saturday morning. We'll see what everybody else says.

Yeah, I think it would be sick to have just a big group of Tacoma's going down the highway one right after the other.

    I like sams idea (210thumper).

if everybody agrees, then we can set up a time and place to meet up with the Corpus Christi people.

Sounds like a plan! This thing is really coming together. I hope you all can make it, we'll be an awesome sight on the road.

If we take off at 8:00-8:30 am on Saturday, we can get to Corpus in 2 hours easily, going the speed limit. So we can meet up with the people from that area at say, 10:00-10:30. Wait at the most 30 minutes, do meet and greet, then hit the road. Of course us SA guys will have to be very punctual in our meet up. Say 7:30-7:45ish am.

Like Sam said, we'll meet at the intersection of Culebra and 1604, in the H-E-B parking. So if we take off at 8 am, we should get to Corpus at 10ish, hook up with the people from that area, and head out. We should reach the valley by 12:15-12-30 ish.

So we can meet up with the valley people at 1-2 pm at the Wal Mart of Port Isabel. Then we'll head over to the Island to turn some fuckin heads! It might be kinda early, and sunny, but we'll spend the rest of the day on the beach.

...and I'm taking 4 fishing poles.

Hey guys, if you're bringing anything let us know. I can take charcoal, for some burgers, or something.

and hey guys, just in case, you guys can pm me, and we can trade numbers for when we are about to meet up. That way we can communicate ahead of time. Just pm me or each other well in advance and not the day before or the morning we're supposed to meet. hahaha

Ok well I'm taking my hitch pit tonight to a buddy of mine to fix some welds and give it a good scrubbing and painting. He knows I need it by next weekend. I also have some charcoal I can bring along with some mesquite for a fire pit/bon fire. My brother and I are taking a tent and plan to camp out at the east cut and do some fishing. We should have at least 4 rods in tow as well.
