    I had a LG Voyager phone with the touch screen and the keyboard on the inside of it, the keyboard started doing some goofy stuff. It was buzzing, letters would randomly pop up, some keys would make the back light turn off. The first Verizon dealer said "if we didn't sell it there's nothing we can do" , the next said "it just needs a new software update. It'll take 1-1/2 hrs to do." ..... but i was traveling. Finally another dealer says "Oh yeah, thats a warranty issue. Call this number and they'll send you a new phone in exchange for the broken one." Finally some help! Now why couldnt the first two dealers have done the same? Geez I hate cell phone companies!

    Video Camera is still broken. I found out that my 2 "point and shoot" cameras can record video. :D SO! If I can find the video camera, I can record its demise. ;)
