    I want to make my truck all black as much as possible and i wanted to start by changing the chrome that is being marked by the red arrow. do you guys think i should spray paint it myself or buy one that is already black

    He's obviously talking about the chrome grill. Buy a new one, it'll be hard to match the factory paint. Throw some mesh in their while you're at it.
