Went up to Middle St Vrain and Coney Flats today with Jace (lotsoftoys) and Jason (DOT) and was greeted with a high traffic trail through MSV, a fun water crossing (although not as deep as we hoped), and a nasty hail storm at the end

here's a video i took of Jace and Jason at the "lake"

Love Middle St. Vrain. Lots of fish in the creek.

talked to a couple who were coming down on an atv with poles said they got a couple brookies but the creek was flowing too fast to fish in most areas

we saw some fish hitting some bugs on the surface of the pond at the big crossing on coney tho...would be interesting to get some waders and see what's in there

Looks fun! Just curious, do you think a 2wd with a rear locker and ATs could make a crossing like that?

yes...the only thing you would have to worry about is the water coming over the hood and into your intake which would be around headlight height inside your fender..we weren't close to any of our intakes
