Well your only other alternative is new coils and shocks, so choose one or the other.

OME 880 and nitrochargers might fit the bill, they provide a minimal amount of lift, however, since you have a reg cab w/ the 4 cyl it might give you more than you want.

Many, many people run the 5100's and love them. I think the 1" setting on the 5100's will give you the leveled look you want.

Edit: If it were me I would just do a mild lift ~2" since you will be taking everything apart anyway and your stock suspension is probably worn out anyway.

This sounds good or just get oem springs and billys and you will have fresh springs and shocks.

    This is another option.

The price for the two set ups would probably be identical so I would go with the proven off road suspension vs a pre loaded factory coil, but thats just me.

Not trying to argue, just giving the OP some info on the two options.

So if I got the OME 880 springs with the 5100's it would be about like stock?

I have a 2003 double cab, with stock springs and 5100's set to middle setting. Pics are in the "5100 install thread" further down in this forum. I hate to say it but i'm a liiiiiiitle front end high (stock leafs in back with 5125's). I'm sure it would have been level if my leafs didn't show 100K miles+ of use/abuse.
