Can i run this 5" lift and get like 1 more inch of lift with spacers or something to fit 35" tires?

Yep it does and it garbage don't buy it. you would be better off don't a 3" suspension and a 3" body lift "But I don't recommend body lifts"

Edit I just read your a prerunner just do 4" spindles and some 5100's and a AAL out back.
