    Depending on windspeed and the curvature of the earth in his area, he might have a shot.

    Sorta, after looking at places non stop for hours, I've found out where i currently am (the 1 bedroom apt i share with meahgan) is actually one of the most competitively priced locations in town. So since meahgans moving out. I'ma just swap the lease to my name and keep it. Landlord loves the idea cause we were awesome tenants. and best part, lease stays month to month, no having to sign a 6 month bs thing. :woot:

    I've discovered the people I was gonna rent with are all bailing so i can't rely on anyone so I'm just gonna stay with myself. slightly more expensive but i can pay it and dont have to worry about headaches
    Practice makes perfect :cool:
