    I'm going in Saturday morning.
The only way I am going through Short Pump is if a lot of people will be meeting there because that adds about 30 mikes onto my trip instead of going through Orange and Charlottesville . If I go through Short Pump it would be around 7:30 am. Getting to Gas station around 9 and trail at 10.

Isn't it usually be at the gas station before 10 because the convoy back to the trail leaves at 10am? I plan on being there very early saturday morning to account for me getting lost.

Tentative plan to crash this party. I still have the stock station wagon tires on the truck which makes me a bit nervous.

I've run Shoe Creek in a stock wrangler Jk + bfg's and had no problems. The taco is a different beast.
