Can I run bilstein 5100's with 3" setup with rear add a leafs and then run a body lift to get a total of 5.5-6" inches?

if 5100's are at 0" lift...then probably...but avoid the body lift and spacer idea and do it right.

    ...too much shit to list.
Wrong. 5100's CAN be used for 0" and up to 2.5" of lift. There's a little clip that moves up and down the shock body to preload the factory spring and set ride height.

You can also get eibach springs and set the 5100's at 0 and obtain 3" of lift. Its a very economical setup and performs great and by no means a "wrong" lift.

You are right about the body lift part though.
