    alot of metal, small engine, decent travel.
    caged, camburg long travel, 50t leafpack (soon to be installed) light rack over cab, 5pt harnesses etc
    you can do various ground exercises, alot of different push ups, narrow, normal, wide, staggered. you can do dips using a chair, crunches and sit ups. lots of different things you can do without weights.

    dont drink soda, energy drinks, fast food, and you will notice a big difference

    This months issue of Muscle and Fitness has a great article about working out outside without weights. Check it!

    And getting a 6 pack quick is a dream for most people. And it stays a dream...115 lbs is not very big, it hard to pack on mass without proper mass building equipment. My core has been a long time coming, it takes dedication, self control and lots of cardio to make the abs pop out. Dedication and self control for the diet part, lay off sugar, empty carbs, sweets and eating out. Drink water to recover, not gatorade. Ask anyone, a 6 pack is almost strictly diet, cuz everyone has abs, but few have a 6'er.

    Google a place that does the testing. Don't do that pos hand grip device. Ya, not accurate. Hell, even bodybuilding.com has a formula to use that calculates ur bf%. Lol it said I was obese. Ya, obese w/ a 4pack and a 6 when I'm on stage.

    I drink booze sometimes and eat some candy ice cream every now and then...lol but my cardio is high! And I'm a freak of nature. :D

    Alki slows the metabolism down and takes forever to burn off. If u dont have abs, You def won't get a 6'er if u throw some brews back.

    Btw, Sean is right, diet and cardio will get you a 6 pack. I'm sure being 115 lbs you probably have something going already so you just gotta tweak some stuff.

    I've been wondering why everyone gets pissed when I'm trying to do some curls and all these assholes keep telling me I'm at the "squat rack?"

    anyway, what the hell is a squat? do they work your biceps?
