So when my supercharger was getting set up, it was found that one of my cats is clogged.

Any idea how this could possibly happen at 28,000 miles on the clock?!

Any suggestions on a good muffler if a buddy of mine were to have to run without cats for awhile?

Lots of short trips and not a lot of heavy acceleration to get the temps up?

Good point! I was driving only 2-3 minutes (about a mile) to work for two years, in all sorts of weather... It was still pretty cold in the AM the past two winters, even in AL.

They were definitely an exhaust restriction; the engine was pinging like crazy until they were removed, and then it was obvious that one was clogged just by looking at it.
