    I have confirmed proof from a Toyota fleet rep that the 2012 is a minor redesign! new grille, bumpers and fenders, new interior, black carpet, new audio and standard Bluetooth on sr5 models. more tie downs in the bed. bunch of other minor interior stuff. no engine changes mentioned. I have the memo sheet from Toyota Canada.

    There will not be a diesel option from what i've been told. however i was told that it's almost a certainty eventually, simply due to the mileage restrictions being put on the manufacturers.

    I heard rumours the 2012 Tacomas will be nuclear powered, due to the recent nuclear incidents in Toyko, toyota had managed to obtain black market plutonium which it will use in its limited editions.

    Maybe the rest of the gauge redesign will be getting rid of all the orange heater control lighs so they match thr new gauge lights.Remember the minor redesign of 09? Ceiling speakers and argent grill insert instead of black and two new colors.Pirite Mica and timberland green.Thats all I could see different.

    They should be there.Turn fader to rear and you will hear them.They do not so very good.I like the rear door speakers better on the pre 09s.I think the reg cabs is the only ones to not have ceiling speakers.

    This if for Canadian Tacoma's. The US specs may be different. NO HEATED MIRRORS!!! That pisses me off. Tow package standard on SR5's now. That is nice. Curious to see what the interior will look like.
