    if your using full servings on the muscle milk your wasting money, your body can only absorb maybe a 1/4 of the stuff in a shake you make at one time like the protein and vitamins and crap, and then you shit the rest out, but if your using it for calories then go for it :thumbsup:

    is the other stuff a pre-workout thing never seen that kind before. I use to take black powder and let me tell you, WAY TO MUCH CAFFEINE haha

    Ya try that, it will add muscle. everyone has a different body but there is always a point where the muscle it starts to build starts to become a little "fatty" not like flab or anything more like bulky as in someone can lift the same and weigh 10 pounds less. idk if that made any sense but it does work, try it out! dont become a bro tho lol

    i hate girls that do that. i can she maybe one not wanting there BF to talk to his EX’s or something. i had one girl tell me i could not talk to my friend miranda. who is like my sister. she lived across the street from me for 16 years. till i moved. i’m like 6 weeks older than her. i also had a girl tell me i could not shot guns,hunt, ride 4 wheelers. pretty much tell me i can’t have fun. i told her to FU off. even tho i hate to say that to girls.
