Not necessarily true..there are no scientific results that can provide us with exactly how much protein one person can absorb at one given sitting however, It all depends on your body and how damaged your muscles are (ie: how hard you worked out). When you work out you make micro-tears in your muscles, and when they grow back, they grow back stronger, hence your muscles get bigger. Protein and protein bonds are the stuff that makes this growing happen. So if you're a big dude who kills it at the gym the serving in one shake of muscle milk is nothing. otherwise any protein not put into muscle growth turns into fat. BTW, ideally you should consume 1g of protein per pound of body weight per day spread over 5-7 meals so if your 200 lbs thats 40 grams per sitting, and protein shakes should not be your main source of protein after the gym. Protein and good fats, complex carbs are much more protein fiber bound than any shake because they come from whole foods. Also A whey protein is going to be absorbed wayyy faster than taking a Casein protein like Optimum Protein shakes, so essentially you could consume at least 50-60 grams of protein from casein and your body would take so long to break it down that not much would be wasted at all..the problem comes with whey protein being absorbed too fast into your body. Although whey protein does create protein synthesis the amino acids are lost to use for energy and not muscle gain, especially taken on an empty stomach after the gym. Where as Casein yields almost no amino acid lost in the process of utilization.Casein protein mixed in with whey is great because the NPU (net protein utilization) is much much higher than whey alone, thus more protein delivered to your muscles over a longer period of time and less wasted!:D Also be sure to drink tons of water with high protein shake diets or your kidneys will get destroyed faster than you can say protein:eek: ....hope this helps someone....dont give Casein a bad rap you need both!! :D

If you are serious Get a real protein like physical sciences pro isolate or the pro builder 5. Muscle milk is just a bunch of fillers and crap protein from China thrown into tasty chocolate drink.
-coming from someone who's done it himself, your not gonna get lean eating candy (or chocolate milk)

PS. If you are really serious (because its tastes like hell and is expensive) run the inflatable muscles. Best shit ever besides actual hormones.

Speed is relative to the driver and vehicle's ability... a lifted 4x4 doing 75mph vs a G35 coupe doing 75mph is not the same.... just say'n. The G35 can be doing damn near 95+ and still have the same reaction ability in terms of stopping/emergency manovering/ect.

Also, just say'n... a lot of the speed limits are set incorrectly and specifically designed to be speed traps. If they'd set them properly, then most people in AZ wouldn't average 10-15mph over the posted limits to start with.

Not condoning speed or anything, just saying for the sake of argument. Also no offense to you personally or such, but a lot of LEO's around AZ I know have taken similar training and honestly, they're some of the absolute worst drivers on the road... especially in my little city of Maricopa where I've seen them average 60mph in 45mph no lights/siren, never use a turn signal, blow through red lights (again no lights/siren), ect ect. It's all each individual and how they drive regardless of any training imho.

Not saying I'm perfect either, I've had my fair share of speeding tickets. The two accidents I had... well one was a serious lesson learned about having the proper tires for the conditions (summer performance tires suck in Portland rainy winters... hydroplaning ftl but no one was hurt thankfully in a low speed tap), and the other some dumb bitch blew through a red light (not much I can control on that one). I've yet to see speed in and of itself as a factor of bad driving, just coupled with doing something else stupid like running a light or weaving in and out of traffic it just turns that inevitable incident into something far far worse.
