    Haha yes it is, just found where the settings were on the amp today. Guy I bought it from said you couldn't tune the amp, but I found them under a metal plate. I now have the amp turned up and all my settings on my deck set to -5, 0, and 1 haha I need to buy some lower gauge wiring and a capacitor for it, because the plastic around the fuse has melted slightly.

    Couldn't pass up the deal though, $300 for the subs, box, and amp.
