Don't get me wrong... I love the RCD kit, but stock height has so many less issues

    No vibes
    better MPG
Easier for girls to get into ;)
    No random squeaking
    No worries
    Smooth Ride
    Easier to manuever
    Saves $$$

Access Cabs Sports look the best at stock height

heres mine pre-lift, CM grill, sport hood, bigger tires, CM bumper, BHLM, and w/ dumb bug protector.

it had the TSB done thats why the rear is so high. I think if, I'd just done everything except the lift that I'd have been happy... mods just got carried away for a daily driver. I might have added some 5100s set at 1.75" just to level it out.

Either way your truck look good

Thanks! I love your truck as well but you need a 3" lift. DCLBs look so much better lifted.

Thanks dude! I need to start a build thread...lol. I have a tons of plans for it, just haven't executed any of them. The 3" lift will come, I like the bully dog look so I'm still deciding how I want to lift it.

Maybe the 30th at the shoe creek meet. I have a weird clunk coming from my passenger front suspension that I can't identify. Don't wanna screw something up by wheeling, but since I can't figure it out, might just go wheel it and hope for the best.

You have a GoPro to mount under there? Or if its a really slow speed thing you could mount your camera underneath and just make sure the girl is watching it.

Yeah I have a gopro with every kinda mount, problem is finding a place close to me where I can get it to do it. It only seems to do it when off road, big bumps dont do it, just the quick bumps, sounds like a blown out bushing or something is loose but iv checked every bolt.

I tore down my deck over the past few days and gonna start building a new one so thats been all my time. I even got my hid kit for my piaa fogs and havnt had the time to get that done.

My brakes suck bad... Paid way too much for them. You mind me asking what you paid for what you just ordered and where you got it from? You can PM me if you'd prefer

    Nah its okay. $300 shipped.

    Rotors - $210
    Pads - $68
    Shipping - $20

I purchased theses on the suggestion of MPJ2 and the guys at Raceshopper who MPJ2 recommended. I'm optimistic but I think it was worth the extra cash. My rotors were wrapped and I was on stock brake pads anyway.

Yea I won't be happy if they squeak. Do you have shudder in the steering wheel? If so, that sounds like my problem with warped rotors.

What do you have rotor and pad wise?

Yes, my shudder is in my steering wheel when the brakes are applied and I am going less than about 25mph. Anything greater than that, I don't feel the shudder coming down.

I dont know what I have. I paid a shop $400 to get all new stuff and install it. I know the rotors are slotted and they were saying something about ceramic this or that... I am no brake guru, so I just took it to someone. They make all kinds of noise. After the truck has sat for a while, they squeak even when I am not on the brakes! Just driving out of a parking space or something

When they were talking about ceramics, they were talking about ceramic brake pads. GET RID OF THEM!!!

For someone that isn't constantly racing ceramics aren't needed. Ceramic is an insulator, so it keeps your brake pads cooler, but by the same token it causes your rotors to heat up, causing your rotors to warp.

I would try to just replace your pads with Hawk LTS pads first and see if that solves your problem. If you still get the shutter there is a good chance your ceramic brake pads have warped your rotors and you will need to replace those as well.

    EDIT:

On top of that. The reason why I got slotted rotors was because on the hill and mountains of upstate NY I find myself riding my brakes, which I know I should try to avoid but sometimes not always an option. So I'm hoping my slotted rotors and new pads will keep these rotors smooth.

Mother...Fuckers...The one aspect of my rig I know nothing about and trust a shop to do, I get fucked on! I just filled out a quote form on raceshopper. Thank you for your help. I will order these right away and maybe be happy with my brakes for once since I've had this truck
