    Glad to help. I would start at $20, especially if he still has them since they have been on there for almost a month and a half.

    On KSL I always low ball and go up. You never know sometimes they are happy to take whatever they can get.

    If I were him I would just want to get them out of my garage.

    Depending on where you are going on public lands, the permit may be a
    Special Recreation Permit or a Letter of Agreement.

    A phone conversation is needed to determine exactly what type of permit

    Our Small Group Permits are for overnight camping activities only. If you
    are going to be doing a 4x4 ride in addition to overnight camping, then an
    Organized Group Permit would be needed.

    We need to go shooting sometime. I went shooting at the PMAA rage up Parleys for the first time last Sat. They have some steel targets out 200, 300, 400, 600, 750, and 803 yards.
