Has anyone done a 2011? I was going to order the screen and looked at my grill. On the 11's they have that hexagon pattern that connects to the inset piece of the grill. It looks like it will take a lot of sanding to make them smooth.

I am getting ready to start mine after a trip next week. I have a 2011 but I bought a new 2010 grill from Partsgeek.com for $34 plus shipping. This should bolt right in place for the 2011. This also gives me time to work on it and not have to worry about driving around without a grill while I do it.

    I have a question...
I have a '11 Taco, and I've noticed that I have to stick my middle finger through the grill to unlatch the hood. With a satoshi grill, how do you unlatch the hood?
