    does anyone else have problems getting the outside tricep? Like if you look at the back of an arm there should be a horseshoe. the outside is the hardest for me to get. Skull crushers and cable pull downs seem like they only work the part of the tricep closest to your body..What do you guys think?

    Baseball do dumbbell extensions laying down on a bench. Also tricep kickbacks are great for them. I noticed also doing pullovers laying down with a dumbbell not only works lats but also hits tri's.

    Mine are sore as we speak lol
