    Slow roasted the pig yesterday....... a great thing it is, you put it on the roaster, flip once while basting every now and then.... and its fall of the bone goodness 10 hrs later.

    How did you do the asparagus...I keep screwing it up :rolleyes:...it seems so simple!

    Very nice!! Love the big chunks in the meatloaf, I did mine much smaller...you can use such a variety I think I'll be making a different one every month :D.

    Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
    I normally make a foil pouch and throw the butter, asparagus, and a few spices in (salt/pepper, garlic powder, parmesan cheese). Then throw the pouch on the grill.

    Even easier is just get the asparagus coated with olive oil, throw it right on the grill and just rotate on the grill so it gets cooked all the way around. Then add sauteed garlic salt and pepper if you like. Easy and good.
