X10. I am sure everyone would love to hear about YOUR progress as well. We have a wonderful Tacoma family here!

Most vehicles you cant even tell what they are/were after tangling with 18 wheelers. I have to say, I am lovin my truck even more!

Time to lay it out boys and girls:
    1) Godspeed, lucky and god bless for the circumstances that keep you on the planet
    2) I have a quadraplegic brother who has been in a chair for 28 yrs from an accident, so count your blessings as rough as they have been
    3) I run a truck fleet, and carry a cdl, let's appreciate the job those big rigs do all day and night. The laws of physics are in their favor, but these are hard for them too... Hopefully, the driver is ok too..

Everyone goes home..., it is a good night. I have seen too much grizzly shit in my short 40 yes on this planet, and this is rough....

Re-read #1 and sleep tight! New (or used) taco will rumble along just fine.

Man you have done something good in life. Trucks can be replaced but your life cannot!!! Glad all is working out for you and hope for a fast recovery. Just think, you will start over fresh with a brand new truck.

    Yep

No matter what your beliefs are, I don't think you can give the truck much credit on this one:eek: Glad you are alive and recovering.

My grandpa was T-boned in the passenger door in his 69 Mustang back in the early 80's. The dash buckled up, the roof buckled down, and the bucket seats were touching each other. Had grandma been in the passenger seat that day there is no way she would have survived. Sometimes there is just something protecting us that we don't understand.

Sorry! I didn't mean to upset you. I just thought that it was ironic that i chose to screen shot that particular one, then weeks later it shows up on here. Again I wish you the best of luck with your recovery and apologize if i have upset you in any way.

Health update, I've been taking physical therapy for the past several weeks. Its been a tough road but I am progressing well. I finally feel like I am starting to heal. The nerve damage pain is calming down. For a while, it felt like I had no skin on my leg from the ankle down to my toes. That feeling isn't totally gone but has calmed down a lot. I am walking without crutches or a cane now. But I have to wear a PTO brace on my foot to keep it in place. I have drop foot which is a form of being paralized and have no control of it, but at least I'm walking. My back is healed, my ribs are healed. Everyday I seem to find another peice of glass in my arm or head which I have to dig out. I'm driving as well and it's amazing how you see everything happening in front of you that you took for granted before. I'm not sure if I will ever be 100% but I'm just glad I can stand and walk. Maybe I will prove the doctors wrong and one day I'll run.

I certainly was, It just took me back a few steps when I saw them. It's never easy to see something like that knowing it was yourself that went through it.

Hey guys, I know it's been awhile since I last updated. Things get pretty hairy when an accident was your fault. But just to let you guys know, I'm doing good. I'm recovering slowly but I am now able to walk without any kind of assistance. The pain in my leg has subsided and now I only have sparatic pains in my calf and foot that feel like someone jabbing me with an ice pick. My girl is still with me and has been through a lot with me. I can't run yet, doc says I will never run, but going to prove him worng. Ribs are healed, back is healed. Still pulling pieces of glass out of my head and arm. But I'm doing GOOD!! It's almost time to get that new Tacoma. I've been anxiously waiting.

Great to hear about the progress!

Getting back to a Taco will be icing on the cake after everything you've been through.
