Common issue. I suggest searching for "Taco lean" and read up to your heart's content. All the heavy stuff is on the driver side. You, battery, gas tank. :)

Yeah that's odd I'm leaning towards the driver side. your passenger side leaf pack must be shot.

Light bar and bumper guard, 3/16 steel skid plates for engine, tranny and transfer box, OME 881 springs with 5100 shocks at mid clip. AAL in rear. Positraction rear diff.
I suggest you inspect the rear end out very carefully on both sides, especially the shackles, I'm assuming that was part of your lift from what I know of Daystar. Look for anything worn or damaged. While looking at it have someone shake or move the vehicle up, down and sideways. On a level surface bounce the rear end up and down several times and let it settle then measure from the ground surface to the fender well across the center of the wheel. Measure both sides to see what the difference is, normally they should be within 1/16 inch +/- with the driver side the lowest and it will depend on how full your gas tank is. You may very well have a weak leaf spring set.

Ooops, well I'm a douche for misreading your post. I missed the passenger part. I'll STFU now.

How long has the shackle lift been on? They prematurely wear out leafs, from what I understand.

well i figured it was a warn out passenger leaf but stangly enough it has leveled back out? i know it sounds really weird but i flexed it out to that side to the max on the rear on a mulch pile i was using as a ramp and then noticed it afterwards, i guess it just needed to settle who knows but its level now :) haha and bbw was deff not the the problem!!!!!!!
