    Don't you have any stairs at your house? You can just run up and down them. what about a HS fooball stadium? There are lots of stairs there.

    HOLY SH!T its hot out side. I wend out to start tearing the plastic bin out behind the back seat and i stopped after 5 min because i was dripping sweat everywhere and could barely see.

    Guess that means its time for some small batch bourbon made right here in Iowa.
