    I tore mine of fthe bone. Looked like I had a golf ball under the skin, as it balled up. Julie made me go to the Dr. after about 6 months, as she said it was biginning to disturb her.....that and when my folks saw it, my Mom said "OH JESUS!" and my Dad gaged.......

    Yeah, I am not looking forward to this, that's for sure. I'm supposed to go on vacation next Monday too...

    I was lifting. Doing over head press. Pushed it up *pop* and then tear, tear, tear all the way until the weight hit the ground. My roommate could also hear it. Very loud.

    And what was the outcome? I can't wait 6 mos. My job wouldn't let me pull a stunt like that

    I had to have surgery to fix it. I took off a friday, had the surgery friday morning, recovered over the weekend, and went back to work that monday. Took about 6 weeks to fully recover, but I took the shoulder thing off in 3 days.

    that sucks. my friends the announcer for geoff aaron who does trials shows. good luck on gettin it all taken care of. my shoulders are both messed up. occasionally ill have a partial separation and its fine in 3 or 4 days.
