    Sooooo my emergency brake cable broke a few days ago while engaging it...NOT cool. Looked under the truck and HOLY leaf sag haha Looks to me like the POs block lift did murder to my leaf packs....thank god i have some Wheeler 5 packs waiting to be put on. Just didn't do it soon enough i guess..

    Also i am wondering if anyone can tell me if if i have a scaper up front and if i still have the stock spring plate? and stock coils aren't usually red are they??..

    i'm betting those are rancho coils, i've never seen any other brand with red. those are some sad leaf packs! good thing you have new ones!

    Dude i know right! like i knew they were bad but they are like lifting my Ebrake cable...lol Need to get my 5150s and eibachs ASAP so i can install stuff.

    and Rancho made coils??...huh..didn't know that..

    Are you sure that isnt a picture of my leafsprings lol.. mine were just as bad and the new ride is totaly awesome! you will love it. If you have any questions on install just ask.

    Mine did the same thing yesterday but i said f--k it i got a auto. I will fix it later

    Lol yea i can't wait! coils and shocks should be here next week so i can get it done before the august montana meet! I can't wait for the new ride!...tho im sure it can't be too hard to do..but i have full faith that if idk what im doing someone on here will :p lol

    And what happend?? your Ebrake broke??

    yea it broke yesterday when out of a whim i decided to try it... Oh well it will have to wait to fix ( got to get my son to college ). the suspension was my last big thing before he has to go. But Elinore (what my wife calls her) is actually where i want her (no offence to the ladyies of TW)

    Yea idk how to even fix it or what part broke. I feel like it was mostly up by the handle

    It broke right at the lever under the truck on the drivers side... lol not in that big of a hurry

    There are several write ups on how to fix. For me it sounds like more of a pain than the gain

    I didn't...well..wait. I got the new like washers kit for the front struts...not U bolts tho

    I got those too for my front shocks. I ended up cutting off my u-bolts for the rear leaf springs and wait for NAPA to order me some. The origional u-bolts looked really good not rusted or anything so, i did not think i needed them. it took 2 hrs. to remove one to bring down to get sized up. If i had to do it again then i would have new ones to replace the old ones, just a heads up.

    I know i had to throw down 68.00 for mine. could have got them from Wheelers for 30.00 dollars cheaper but i had no truck and could not wait on the shipping.
