Been off for a while. With the summer moths here I've been a bit selfish of my time. Figured I should probably check in. Hope every one else is taking advantage of and enjoying the weather.

Had some free time and decided to take some of the coworkers out to show them around the area.

Lots of open road up there! And yes its all public land. Except for the very far southern stretches (where we ended up taking the stroll down the cow paths) where you run into some farmland. All of the sides are marked and the road system actually has its own website...I'll track that down in a minute...found it

Also where I ran into my first official snow storm last year too. Went from high 60's and sunny to rain to snow back to rain and back to sun all in the same afternoon!

i've only take the road in from ennis and gone south from there (red path), headed north on the ruby river road to the cut across in the middle there and back out to hwy 287 (grey path just up from the '287' marker). at the meet we veered off of the main road and ended up wandering aimlessly for hours down in the southeast corner just above the red rock lakes area. we eventually caught one of those roads and got back on the main gravelly road. the southern end is also not marked very well so beware!

if you're serious about making that trip let me know ahead of time and i might be able to tag along.

 We will have to talk.

No. They just screwed into the exisitng holes from the stock flares. I only gained width. If you think you need more clearance from the body you will most likely end up with Bushwacker Cutouts.

The god awful squeaking that emanates from my rear end (leaf springs ;)) scares all creatures great and small away for miles around.
