Since I don't collect watches anymore, I'll give you my secret on where to purchase watches at low prices. Go to watchuseek.com. It is a watch enthusiasts forum and in the Private Sellers section, you will find great deals on watches. The forum has great people and you will learn so much about watches. This is where I've purchased all of my watches even including my Citizen Nighthawk (pic below). Just be careful when you are buying a Nighthawk, there are 2 versions: US and Japan. The Japanese version does not say "Nighthawk" on it but that's the only difference. Learned all that from watchuseek.com.

Seiko all the way. Great looking watches and durable! My first *nice* watch was a Seiko. I've had many others, but none of them look as good as my first Seiko after just a few years. I've bought several of them since...doesn't hurt that I worked at a jewelery store and got them all at cost. My first Seiko is going on 15 years and still looks new. I've only replaced the battery and a spring or two in the band.

If you look around, the MRSP may be $600 but you can pick them up for $150 - $200 or less. The market is saturated with invicta, so they tend to sell for a lot less than MSRP.

Exactly. Also, your specific watch retails for $700 and even though it's "Swiss Made", it's a quartz movement watch. If it had a high end automatic movement then I can see it being worth more.

I just got into watches, right now I have a Nixon Cannon in stainless steel with a black face. I wanna upgrade but the ones I want are in the 3-4 grand range. I love Tag Heuer's, especially the Monaco's in black with black leather bands

Just hooked this watch thread "patek philippe" is it. I have had a lot of watches more than cars-trucks. Old Tags are cool, Moovados R done(ya MOO). Give me a Patek or Vacheron constantin BOOM. Most people have no clue what they even look like. The JOJOs JO-whatevers are in. I'm just saying...........

I'm mostly into G-Shocks (got 12 of them), but also have a few Seikos (007, Tuna, Monster) and a Broadarrow PRS-3 in Black.

I love watches a whole lot more than I can afford the ones I want. Currently my only watch (besides BS rubber sport watches) is this:
My Tag Aquaracer that I picked up in Vegas after my 2nd Iraq tour. The Glock is also mine and is just one of the reasons why I can't afford the other watches I want.
