    Ok everyone still kinda new here and im still learnin a few things, i have tried lookin online and even asked a few of my local part guys, and none of them can tell me what it is, i know it has something to do with my brakes because i keep leaking brake fluid, and can see where the boot at the bottom is cracked, if someone can tell me what it is called i would greatly appreciate so i can order a new one..

    I agree. Covered with shit but looks like the proportioning valve. Should have a little "rod" the connects to the axle and lifts up and down as the suspension cycles
