I've seen a couple of these types of grills on some trucks here but I can't tell if these are prototypes or just an aftermarket accessory. I know it's kind of hard to see in this picture but it's has TOYOTA spelled out in the grill. I've seen 2 types, one with mesh and one with bars. Are these for sale somewhere? I forgot where I saw the others on here and I can't find another picture.

I just don't think it looks 400-500 better than my base model grill but that's just my opinion. It does look better, just not 500 better. It does have mesh tho.......hmm, OK I'll buy one.lol.........probably not.

    It's the wife's T4R so it's stock
You could always buy a regular grill and put the TOYOTA on it...

This is a T-Rex 5 piece billet grill with a 96-04 Tacoma Tailgate TOYOTA emblem:

2 inch lift, chrome mirrors and doors, chrome nerf bars, chrome bull bar, rocker panels, chrome base grill (instead of white), 265/70/17 Toyo M/T, rain visors, chrome and black rims
I bought a new grill off of ebay, does anyone know how to take off the existing grill. It's not the mesh part, it's the base grill. Mine came with white to match the truck and I bought a chrome one but when I lifted the hood I realized there's some sort of tab on each end and I'm not exactly sure how to remove them with out breaking them, they're plastic. Thanks in advance. 05-09 Tacoma
