I had the km2 and they barely rub my body mount. Lots if trimming to the inner plastic and a lil to the bumper. Id stick to the 285s.

And post up a photo I wanna see the demello bumper!

 

Nothing wrong with a bl. Many have em and wheeled with em. Unless you over do it like a 3" but 1-1.5 is fine.
