I would like to. I don't think the prerunners have figured out where they are meeting. (Or is everyone meeting at bagels 6am?)

What side of town are you coming from? South, east, west, foothills, etc?

I am coming from over by Wilmot and Speedway so any suggestions, you know the town better than me!

Sure there Dr. Emmit Brown. Just get in your flying Tacoma-lorian and fly your happy ass to the bagel shop on saturday.

Good lucky with the headlights BTW. I want to do mine but I dont want to run the risk of having the same problem you are.

Neither do I. I still need to go shopping for a bed, food, chair, etc. I have NOTHING down here with me except a truck, motorcycle, and guns. What more does a guy really need except maybe my dogs. All my stuff is up in Washington state so....

Thats the plan for me. I figured it would be cool to have the whole group there to meet up then split off.

Im coming from the SE side so if you take speedway to I-10 and from I-10 get off at Cortaro Farms Road. Theres a walmart to the West side of the freeway but we can meet at one of the gas stations there, then head out.

    Friday night packing FTW.

I have everything ready, just need to condense down my gear and make a store run. I was just going to do dehydrated foods and a small mess kit, but the g/f wants to cook a full dinner and breakfast so we'll have to bring more stuff.

Don't get me wrong... I like a good bacon and egg breakfast! Not sure what we're cooking up for dinner though. That's going to depend on fire restrictions and if I can bust out the grill or not. I'd like to marinate some chicken breasts and cook them over the fire if possible, otherwise it's going to be something on the stove in a frying pan probably.

Propane stoves/grills are always allowed even during fire restrictions.

You'll have to ask Channan, my fiancee. She's going to be doing the cooking but I'll have a griddle that fits my 2 burner stove. I'm sure putting a couple more on the barby won't be an issue.

    Saturday:
    Breakfast - bagel shop
Lunch - road sandwiches from the cooler in case we get held up on the trail
Dinner - probably marinated chicken on the grill/griddle with some sort of side dish

    Sunday:
Breakfast - bacon and eggs, hash browns maybe, probably burrito style
Lunch - probably the restaurant/bar right in Crown King for a burger

    - Chips, snacks for in between
    - Water, gatorade, iced tea

I have a griddle that fits a 2 burner propane stove, a small barbecue grate for the fire, and I'm bringing the 2 burner stove now instead of just the small single one.
