    I don't run these tires anymore but when I did, the wheels were ATX mojave, 17x8, 4.5" BS, 0mm offset.

    I don't run 255s anymore because IMO they're too tall for 3.73 gears w/ an auto trans. If I regear/add locker down the road then I'll go back. I do heart the 255 tire.

    Ya my wheels are stock so whatever offset that is.

    I have 3.73 gears as well but a MT. Don't find any issue. Relentless runs 35s with 3.73s and MT so must be a good thing for this.

    I am pretty sure 255/80/17 KM2's are my next tire .

    Anethema , you know the type of wet snow we get out here on the coast , you figure these tires will get me around OK ?

    A deep day's snow for us here is about 16" .

    I haven't been through a winter yet with em OZT, but I plan on siping the center lugs. From all reports the tire size is far superior to a wide tire in snow that is not deeper than your frame rails.

    I've had it in snotty gross mud snow mix though and it performed like a champ offroad.

    Well , I realized that I am half retarded for worrying about these tires and snow .

    I was staring at the front of my truck just now , imagining what the 255's would look like , when it dawned on me that I've run the last two winters on Hankook MT's that are only 3/8" wider than the 255's would be .

    Better than full retarded!

    Ya I hear siping the MT's makes them half decent snow tires. Still a little squirley on ice I imagine from the hard compound, but it will do. Throw a couple hundred lbs of sandbags in there over the wheels and you're set.

    I didn't have any issues with my Mickey Thompsons this past winter. 4Hi and easy on the icy sections and you're gold. On the highway when it was unplowed my truck was a fucking skidoo. I was flying past people, steady and straight as could be. Fuck a cap or sand in the back. Leave your truck outside for 3 days and you'll soon have 250lbs of snow in the back. :D

    I'm not, I have 285's, but I have run MT's in -35ºC weather on the highway. We have a guy in our club who has 33" KM2s on his Ranger. He likes them well enough, but says they're way slippery on icy roads.
    The Mickeys I have come with Factory Siping. But if it doesn't get as cold where you are I shouldn't see that being a problem.
