    Wizzy is correct.

    A class 3 license allows a dealer to sell class 3 NFA weapons. All a buyer needs is to file the paperwork and pay the one-time fee for the NFA Tax-Stamp (ATF Form 4). In Nebraska at least, the easiest way is to file the form under a "Trust" so as to avoid having to go get a CLEO's signature of approval.

    Yeah the Trust is the best way to do it then you can pass down the holder of the trust in your estate. My dad buys and sells guns as a hobby so I know about most in Nebraska and a few other states laws. I'm planning on a year or two getting a NFA tax stamp and getting a full auto, sbr, silenced Scar or M4.

    The one time fee is also $200 so with that one time fee aslong as you have the NFA Tax stamp you can have suppressed, sbr, and full auto.
