Do we know when these will be ready to ship running low on items to weld up after shock hoops are completed.

That sucks looks like so stout armor and both front and rears i am using in the SAS are 8.4 but the diamond housing is petty thick as is just would like some for the thin ass rear.

I might be the last one..... Quick (maybe dumb) Question... Does this box the frame or weld on the outside of the frame to make the side section firmer?

ok guys ... please don’t take this the wrong way because I really want a setbut....I have a big question in the back of my head.... a few years back Ialmost boxed up my whole frame but.... was talked out of it by someone who...said the reason our trucks are made the way they are (meaning not framed box)is because if ever in a wreck it would be as bad .... Because of the crushzones ... and if we box them its a one piece and the impact out us will be muchharder.... So, I understand why box the frame and add stuff like this but.... isthis best for us on the road......??????

Now as I said before please don't misunderstand me I'm just looking forinput/info.... I'm new at a lot of this and learning as I go along... and backwhen I wanted to box the frame.... it was because I grew up in the old f150 andthey all had box frames from what I can recall.... "I don’t know if theycam that way or if my father had them boxed.... never the less they were....

I'm sure we've all read at least one post on here of a bad wreck and thedrive walking away... and I think that a big part of this crush zone stuff Iwas told about.... anyhow please help me understand a bit more about this.....

I now getting in a wreck with stock bumpers = big impact ....vrs... off road/bush guard stuff = less impact on our cars/truck more on the other person’scar....lol..........

anyhow I hope I don't upset anyone and that you guys are too hard on me forasking these things special on the group buy page....again keep in mind I'mstill thinking of buying a set.....

they weld to the outside of the frame

To answer your question yes the crumple zones will be reinforced but that's what were trying to do here. Your frame has a crumple zone that allows your frame to bend Toyota has plated this zone on the replacement frames on the 1st Gens. These are not really needed for street trucks unless your hauling a lot of weight at the tail gate this is mainly for guys that take there trucks off road.
