Good Year Wrangler Territory

Does anyone have these? I can't find as much information as I would like on these before I decide. They are currently on sale and around $50 cheaper per tire than Duratracs in same size.

I know a few people who run them who seem fairly happy with their performance.

Where in Alberta you from? I'm outta Cowtown myself.

Is Kryten in reference to Red Dwarf out of curiosity?

Looks like they are just made for Canadian Tire specifically. I cannot find them on Goodyear.ca even.

 

I had 31x10.5x15 on my '93 Toyota Pickup, absolutely a great tire. The only annoyance was that the siping grooves were a little wide and would always hold pebbles and small rocks, also the tread blocks are more separated which makes for a little more road noise, but better off road and snow traction.

Duratrac is quieter, has bigger side-lugs, won't hold rocks as much as the Territories.
Territory is cheaper, better off road and snow traction.

That's everything I can think of for now!

 

I stopped by at CT today after work and was told the 265/70/17 are LT and 10ply E rated tires which I think is too much tire for a Tacoma. So a bit dissapointed. Otherwise I would seriously consider them. Same place has 265/65/17 BFG AT KO (my second choice after the Duratracs before I noticed these Territorries) for $308

Ive read the wal-mart tires arent as good quality as regular GYs and the CT ones.
