I got my wheels and tires out on yesterday after work and i gotta say they look pretty sick. I picked up some MB Gunner 6's and wrapped them in 245/75/16 Goodyear DuraTrac A/T's with Kevlar. :D I wanted to out 265/75/16's on but when the guy slapped them on they actually rubbed the fender.
I was lucky because i have a buddy that works for Goodyear and he hooked me up with an amazing deal on these tires. :p
I gotta say im surprised with how smooth they ride seeing as they have a pretty aggressive tread on them. I can't wait to see how they do offroad next weekend :mudding:

hmm, the 265's rubbed? i just put 16x8 with 265/75 duratracs and they do not hit anywhere, and i have the same truck as you. granted, i only lightly wheeled once in the truck, but so far they have yet to touch after a 1000 miles.

on a positive notice, truck looks awesome, and the tires are wicked! good luck with it.

My 265s don't rub either w/stock suspension on all 4 corners...regardless, looks great! And it is nice to see someone without black aftermarkets for a change : )

    Thanks for the compliments :)

I had the guy install the 265's and witht he wheel turned all the way in either direction there was only about a half inch of space and i didnt want to drive off and not be able to return them because of the rubbing.... I think the backspacing i got on the wheels pushed the wheels and tires outward. I think this is why they wouldnt fit

Half an inch is like a mile, most guys are happy with 1/8" clearance.

Yea but as you turned the wheels the corner of the tire was nipping the part of the fender flare mounted to the bumper..... i didnt want to rip it off. :(
Im pretty happy with the 245's anyway.
