    Hey thanks for caring :). Today is actually the best day to date by far. The shoulder no longer hurts just from the weight of my arm anymore, and it feels like it is staying centered in the socket consistently... I also gained a lot of range of motion today. I can move it (slowly mind you) in pretty much any way I can think of with only minor pain except if I do a motion as if I was doing the American Crawl swimming (for those that are unfamiliar with this motion, touch your hand to your shoulder. Then proceed to drive your elbow back behind you, as if trying to touch the ceiling with your elbow). I am still limited in many areas on flexibility and my body just won't let me take my arm there at this point. I feel like it is getting better, and I definitely needed a day like today to keep my spirits up
