I am considering installing either Fat Bob's or Readylift's Spacer kits on my '11 Access Cab 5 lug.

    1) Would there be any repercussions if I decided to run the shocks from Fat Bob's kit without installing the included extra leaf?

    2) Anything wrong with running the stock shocks with the AAL in the Readylift Kit? Ride quality etc...

Any first hand experience about each lift's quality would be helpful!:D

    Oh ok. hahaha no problem

If you don't me asking, how come the AAL is needed? Aren't the Fat Bob's shocks longer than the stock ones?

yea but its more of a precaution really. i got new shocks and and got new aals. the truck was built that way you know? bigger shocks firmer aals. its like no one would put huge socks on and not change their shoe size....its like that.....in a less mechanical way haha.

    Alright. I'll think about it.

I just don't want a bouncy rear end that squeaks all over the place on me!

    Thanks for the pointers though.
