I know there are some lists floating around, but jeez there have been some weirdos lately.

Today there was this guy doing cardio next to me. Every 10-20 seconds he would do a little cough thing. Not like a cold cough, like he's dying cough. I kept looking at him like wtf dude. He looked kinda old, maybe early 50s late 40s?

He left, thank god. 10 minutes later someone else was doing it a few spots over. I look and it's the same jag off. Jeezus how annoying. Are people really that clueless.

    Another honorable mentions-
-Parking lot bandit- The idiot who is zipping around the parking lot looking for the closest spot so they can go work out. If they cant find one they will wait in the isle till one opens up. Walking the extra 20 spaces is out of the question for this gym goer.

-MR BO- I don't think I need to explain this one. Take a shower or use deodorant, jeez.

-MR I don't own gym clothes- There is always someone, guy or girl, that is wearing jeans while working out. Wow, get a clue people.

-MR stare at your peepee guy- It's amazing at the freaks who have to stare at your manhood when you are in the locker room. Don't you have your own to look at? I used to go to gym with communal showers- that was weird. 8 guys in one open spot taking a shower. NO doors, stalls, anything to block you. Some creepers in there I tell ya.

-MR I'm gonna walk around and do nothing- Lot of teenagers are guilty of this. They gather in bunches and hang out on the equipment like it's a social hang out.

-MR weight hog- The douche who has 3 sets of dumbells. Get a clue guy.

-MR doesn't put the weights back- Probably the same guy as above. They leave all the dumbells by the benches so you have to spend more time searching than working out.

-MR won't leave the machine- Puts his towel on the machine and then dissapears for 5-10 minutes. WTF?

-MR newbie- the new guy that teaches everyone new exercieses. Usually they involve a lot of weight and body flinging around like crazy. That's good for your back when doing curls!

-MS Hot ass- Yes, I hate those girls that come in wearing super tight spandex and have a hot hot hot body. Man it makes it hard to work out sometimes. On the flip side, you get the over weight people who should NOT be wearing spandex as well. That is just gross.

-MR stare at hot girls- Yes, I like to look at the hotties. But some people make it so obvious it creeps me out even.

That's a few of them. List your favorites.

don't forget about Mr Swamp Ass... The guy who has a terrible case of swamp ass and gets on the equipment without a towel and gets his ass & ball sweat all over everything rendering it useless to people who don't wanna lay in that mess

And some of these girls do it so blatantly its not even funny and its only a tease. My partner and I were doing shoulder presses last week and THAT girl started doing stretches in front of us touching her toes and lots of bending over. Granted it was a very nice site to see but c'mon there are other places to stretch out other than the weight area right in front of me.

This really drives me crazy and thats why I wear my headphones to the gym. A lil' grunting is understandable when lifting some heavy weights but to do it with every thing you touch and do is simply ridiculous.

I know where everybody's coming from, been there....done that. I'm fortunate enough now to have an awesome set-up down in my basement and friends to work out with who are serious about it. I know everyone isn't in the position to afford the equipment, nor has the room to set it all up unfortunately though. But dealing with the crap and drama that comes with a gym is better than doing nothing. And of course if your lucky enough to have hot chicks at yours, that's cool!

    What's up with:

The guy who thinks it's acceptable anywhere to walk around the locker room naked with a towel slung over his shoulder? Normally it's a fat hairy dude...not that I'm looking.

Same guy who think it's ok to sit bare-ass on the bench with the towel over his shoulder.

The guy who shaves at the gym butt ass naked.

The guy who thinks it's alright to flap out his sweaty underwear in the middle of the locker room before putting them in his gym bag.

The guy who clips his toe nail in the middle of the locker room and doesn't pick up his clippings.

Guy who needs to use the locker right next to you in an otherwise empty locker room.

Guy who thinks it's ok to talk to you while you are showering; what's up with that?

I need to find a new gym.

    OMG, this is too funny.
The gym I go to is cheap ($10 a month) and it only has cardio & weight lifting equipment (lockers too), so I don't have access to the other stuff.

    How about the....

Mr/Mrs Routine: The person who gets all huffy & puffy, stands closebye & waits & stares at you because YOUR using the piece of equipment they want to use.
WTF? There's atleast 10 other pieces of equipment that's open.

I find I don't have the motivation and too many distractions when I try to work out at home. If I go to the gym I have to work out. Plus all the hotties make it better too :)

Wow, you need a new gym. My old gym used to be just like that. Old naked men just going about their business like they weren't naked. Do you REALLY need to sit on the bench butt-ass naked? Gross!!
