I may have to do one of these with the light bar. Sub'd

Dude, I want one of those bolt together black and stainless with light bar. How much are they plus shipping to 95472? No emblem.

It does fit the 2011 right?

 

No i dont i have made them for myself in the past

I would say no to the 2011 just because it is alot more work then the 2005-2010 shell it does not fit as well and the cutting is a ton of work try to find a 05-10 shell. they are $260 + 15 to ship but i need at least 2 people in by monday morning

 

So its the light bar that doesn't fit.

no the light bar fits fine its the grill mesh

 

Crap! really I thought they were the same shape. I didn't want to do the Satoshi because of the hexagon pieces that are connected to the inset part of the grill. Your mesh grill wont fit on the outside? Sorry for the confusion but this is really a badass grill, and I was hoping it would work.

 

I do it all the time but you have a 1/8" gap on the sides and the tabs on the top are a bit long you can make it work it just does not fit as well

 

Any last miniute orders for the non bolt style ?

 

The grills were ordered Monday from the cutter I will post and let you know when I pick them up and start welding thanks

 

Could you upload some photos of the fitment?

I will be picking up the grills early this week from the laser cutter to weld, bend and take to the coater next monday 8-15-2011

how much for upper and lower for a 2011. Shipped to Gilbert AZ 85297. Also how difficult is it to install?

 

The 2011 has gaps on the sides of the mesh and the top tabs dont really line up right. I would look for a 05-11 grill shell to put it in and sell your 2011
the install easy if you have a saw to cut the plastic out and a drill.
