I'd have packed the stuff in a rubbermaid container and picked it up the day he said I could have it... wouldn't take a chance he'd change his mind  But good you are able to get it

Make her clean and cook for you for the last night she stays there. :D

So how did the landlord visit go?

I need a good prank to play on my buddy when he gets back from vacation. Last time I took everything out of his locker and moved his stuff 3 lockers down. Another time I put very fine pixie dust glitter in all his bed sheets (the floor of the bay and laundry room still glimmer thanks to me) I've thought about putting 3 different electronic cheap watches up in the ceiling tiles setting the alarms at different times in the middle of the night. Any suggestions?

I know. I should have. :anonymous: He thinks I still like him. :D haha I wish I could get her piano. He doesn't even know how to play. I have the upright piano I grew up with. Started playing when I was 5. But my sister wants a piano so it would be perfect I can take my mom's baby grand and she can have the upright since she doesn't have the room for a baby grand.

Hide a hot dog in his stuff... there's a story out there of a couple of people who keep passing the same hot dog back and forth and have done it for MANY years.

I like your watch idea, but that would keep the other guys up, too :notsure:

show up with a trailer and a couple of helpers and say your house just NEEDS a piano to be complete  Make sure the guys are the size of Brandan and Marcel :D

    You ok?

Get plastic wrap or shrink wrap and cover everything that you can in several layers.
Does he have a separate area to sleep or does he share a space? If its separate get a bunch of dixie cups, fill them with water and line them up on the entire floor.
Tall ceilings? Clean out his locker and hang everything from the rafters.

 Thought it was suggestion.
 But what if they get on me?
Hmmmmmm Hot dog. I thought about putting an open can of tuna under his bed. I'll just hire Brandan and Marcel to be my bodyguards/movers/thieves. The alarm might wake his partner in the bedroom next door up, but that will just mean that he has to find them and he will work hard at it.
They have separate bedrooms - like being in a house. It's hard to do stuff in the bedroom, because I have to do it the shift before he comes in. Which is fine, cos everyone on the department is fully aware of our 3 year battle. Sometimes they help. The first time I glittered all his bedding, I actually used the bolt cutters from the ambulance to cut his lock. I used a lock picking kit to try to pic the lock, but it was too new of a lock. Would have been more effective with the cup I rigged to dump confetti on him.
