HELP!! please

    Faded out tinted tails and 3rd brake light,deck-plate mod, dumped Flow Master 40, King EXTD coil overs, 1.5 AP shackles, AP EXPD leafs. 285 Hankook DynaPro ATM tires
    I was about to wash my truck right now when I decided to try and take of this sticky thing for a GPS. I don't know why the last owner felt like he really need this POS. So I soaked it with WD40 and got a flat head and wrapped the end with a rag, and tried by best to gentle pick it off. It got the stupid black cap off but not the sticky part! This shit is annoying, plus I scratched my windshield, but its a tiny scratch. But still.... Can anyone help me with way trying to get it off. It will be a major help thanks. [​IMG]
