    Yeah. I havent slept well the last couple nights, and Julie was not feeling good yesterday, and this morning. Early this morning, I woke up with the head ache, and Gabby ran into the room, and jumped twards Julie. I caught her in the air, and she turned and kicked me with all 4 of her legs, and it nocked my head into the headboard. SO.....That made shit worse.....its finally getting better though.

    Weather.com just issued a "Severe" warning...."Partly Cloudy Dangerous heat index. Outdoor exposure should be limited". Heat index is at 109*.....

    Oh crap! That definitely didn't help. I like to use a frozen wash cloth on my eyes and forehead. It helps.

    I think because it constricts the blood vessels is why it helps. I always have two wash cloths in the freezer ready for action.
