Yah my dad and I will do just about anything we can on a truck, however transmissions is not one of them. Luckily we have a very reputable shop here in town and just hope that they took care of my truck.

Funny thing is they have been workin on the truck all week trying to help figure out another issue. but of course the truck doest act up when you take it to the shop right.

We shall see the quality of there work here in the next couple months :burnrubber:

Thanks man, unfortunately its in the shop right now due to the gauge cluster not working properly. It works at times and at other times it wont...and when its not it sends the wrong signal to my computer which messed up the transmission shifting....its getting annoying haha.

Update. We had to get a new gauge cluster. So now everything is working great. We have new red vacuum hoses on order and today decided that we wanted to try to make some front door panels to match the rear ones because the ones on the door were shitty and the paint wasnt looking how we wanted it to.

    Pics for fun

how did I just see this?

This has to be the nicest bronco I have ever seen! Wish I had pics of my first truck, an '83 bronco, but mine was the inline 6 and 4 speed manual. Coolest vehicle Ive owned so far (yes that includes the taco:eek:)

Thats a beauty! I am an avid Bronco lover, own a 78 myself that belonged to my grandpa, great rigs they are and tough as hell. Here is a pic of mine.

It is in immaculate shape, only surface rust, no thru the body rust anywhere

Exact same thing I was thinking as I read through this thread. What a fantastic build!

I've always been a Ford fan and really like the Broncos. They never made that transition from being a truck to being an SUV. Gotta respect that. :)

My first vehicle was a 1984 Bronco with the 302. Loved that truck and I learned a ton from working on it.

Keep up the great work!

Have you snooped around the full size bronco forums at all? not nearly as much much activity as here but some good stuff on there.

and thanks again everybody. The truck actually just made its first road trip from FL to NC this past weekend, ran strong with no problems.

    More truck porn :D

The lights have been installed, and DANG are they bright. Possibly considering a HID swap in the future.
