    Havent done anything in a restaurant in around 12-15 years aside from family gatherings. We rent a firehouse that has an industrial kitchen and we cater it ourselves. The wife and kids are the ones that I cook for now and they push me to make good meals. Of course we throw some good parties too, everyone expects the food to be gourmet..... and I try not to let them down.
