Does anyone have any experience with this plate bumper? I stumbled across it and I like the looks of it, but I haven't heard anything about it.

Their website isn't working very well so I emailed and asked the price and here is there reply.

I am sorry for the inconvenience of the link not working. We currently have a front bumper for the Toyota Tacoma.
With the hoop, and powder coated it is $1349.99
We currently do not have a rear bumper for the Tacoma, we hope to have one prototyped and getting ready for market this winter. I've attached some pictures we have of the bumper. If you have any questions or concerns please let me know.

that bumper is still nice tho

i just noticed that the relentless goes down a little further in the center - makes it look a lot cleaner by covering up all that drivetrain mess

    completely stock
x2 and if you wheel hard the cross member being that exposed will hang you up on the trail. look for bumpers that have a smooth transition to the x member

    Way to expensive IMO,

A Relentless, ATO (when in production) fully loaded will be much cheaper and has been field tested

Thanks for the input guys, I really appreciate it. Before I had posted my question on here, I sent Expedition One a follow up question and they just got back to me today. I figured I'd tell you what they said.

    The price breakdown,
No hoop, powder coated is $1249.99
    PIAA 510 Fog Lights - $189.99
Superwinch Epi9.0, steel cable, roller fairlead $599.99
Just the Roller Fairlead - $34.99
I'm not sure what you mean by high lift points, if you mean lift options we do not sell lift kits of any type.

    Hope this helps

I find it funny that a company that makes plate bumpers for trucks has no idea what a Hi Lift is!

Wow... I don't wheel and even I know what a high lift is. I don't think'd I'd trust an off road company that doesn't know what a high lift is. So when are you getting your new Relentless bumper? :D

it certainly looks like that bumper has high lift points - you can see them

Keep in mind that many places have idiots answering questions while the people with a clue are designing and building things.

Yes, but why deal with them when you can call people like Relentless, All-Pro, ATO or Elite and talk to the people that actually build them?

After I get a job, and then some off road tires, then some sliders, then skid plates, then suspension to support all of that I will be giving Relentless a call. :D

They (Relentless) make an aluminim version of their plate bumper that weighs only 55 lbs :stirthepot:
