Gravelly Range! I had to go see what it was like up there this year. And I'm glad I went too....making a slight change of plans for our trip up there. The horse flies and deer flies are horrible! I was out of hte truck for no more than 10 minutes and I've got a dozen bites from those little bastards...actually, not little! They're the size of pigeons! But that was in the northern part and when I went further south there were fewer bugs so I think we should camp out in the southern portion. That means we don't have to push to get further north and could have more time to wander around on the side roads....

They're not that bad unless its muddy...at which point we will turn back because your tires wouldn't handle it. I know that that was my downfall last year.

    :) Thanks. I owe you a sig too don't I?

As my schedule sits I may be able to make it out for the last day on the 28th. I could drive like hell the night before to meet up with you guys wherever you're camping as long as it's well marked and easily locatable in the dark.

Sunday is typically the pack up and go home day - I know some people have a long drive to get back home - but I'm up for sticking around and hitting some shorter trails in the morning and early afternoon. It is only about a 90 minute drive to Bozeman...

I thought you weren't coming?
