I powdercoated my FJ wheels at a place in Florence. I like them Black, but sometimes wish I had left them anthracite. Oh well. Drop a pic of your truck in the photoshop request thread and ask evilmonkey to black em out so you can get an idea on your setup.

EDIT: Damn this is an old thread. Looks good, maybe I'll see you around Cola.

in my opinion, if you are going to have black rims...there is no questions that you should have the white tire lettering on the INSIDE. I am really surprised that these people have gone through all the trouble and then left the white lettering on the outside. Looks stupid in my opinion.

I love my new truck but miss my Tacoma

I just got these same rims and they are P/C flat black. I am going to have them redone but in a satin black, is that what you have on yours? Also do you have any pic's either from the back, front or side as I want to see what they will look like with the different offset. Thanks

P.S. Anybody ever seen these done with anthracite color done on them?

When it comes to wheels the only way you will get the new color to last is by powder coating. I'm also anal retentive when it comes to my vehicles which is why I would have a hard time rattle canning my wheels.

If I were to do it, I would have them powdered coated to stand up to off road abuse. I have been thinking of doing this, but I am on the bubble of how it would look with my color. (Timberland Mica) I think if I were to do it I may go a gunmetal color. But, then I reminded myself, if its not broken, don't fix it. So, this is what I did...
